DFI Announces Corporate Changes

Cape Town, South Africa, April 25, 2008: Diamond Fields International Ltd. (DFI:TSX) (“DFI” or the “Company”) has been advised by PriceWaterhouseCoopers LLP that they have resigned as the Company’s auditors, effective April 23, 2008. The Company is unaware of any unresolved issues outstanding with its former auditors. The Board expects to announce the appointment of its new audit firm in the coming weeks.

In addition, management believes it is in the best interest of the Company to move its corporate head office from South Africa back to Vancouver, B.C., effective immediately. The new corporate head office will be Suite 303, 595 Howe Street, Vancouver, B.C. V6C 2T5. The Company’s website will be amended shortly in this regard.
