We are committed to responsible and sustainable mining and to building relationships with affected communities as we move from project exploration to development, operation and, eventually, closure.

We use local service providers and exploration personnel wherever possible, supported by experienced personnel from outside the community who are able to lead and train local personnel where necessary.

We engage with communities and others that are or may in the future be affected by our operations with a view to providing information about our operations in a transparent and open manner.

At Cascades, our most advanced project, we have engaged local environmental consultancy to assist with the development of a baseline monitoring programme.
