The Board very much thanks Mr. Sedun for his valued assistance, contributions, and time over the past 13 years as an officer and/or director of the Company. Mr. Sedun has advised he will be available to management to assist with Diamond Fields in the future if needed or appropriate, and stated he will continue his support as a loyal shareholder.
