Diamond Fields Resumes Marine Diamond Mining

Diamond Fields International Ltd. (TSX:DFI) is pleased to announce that the contract mining vessel mv Anya has resumed production in DFI’s Marshall Fork marine diamond deposit in Luderitz Bay, Namibia.

Mr. Gregg Sedun, President and CEO of Diamond Fields comments: “Resumption of diamond production marks the beginning of a new phase in the development of DFI as a mining and exploration company. Upon the Company achieving positive cash flow in Namibia, proceeds will be directed towards expanding DFI’s marine diamond resource base and funding current diamond and nickel exploration projects in Sierra Leone, Madagascar and Greenland.”
